Constance Mulbah

Founder/ President
Constance is a former Peace Corps volunteer with the passion to serve others. Her commitment to serving under-privileged and developing communities drives many of her life decisions. After working with multiple nonprofits and international development initiatives, it was clear that people—particularly women in rural parts of the world experience inequality as it relates to entrepreneur advancement. Constance identified a massive gap in access to resources, education, investment opportunities for women in rural Liberia, and since then she has worked with her colleague to create Kpo’ma Women. Constance has a B. S in Public Health from Slippery Rock University and earned her MBA-Sustainable Business Practice Degree from Duquesne University.
Theresa Andrews

Development Director
Theresa has spent most of her career in education as a reading specialist and EAL instructor. She helped to establish a Family Literacy Program that supports refugees in the Pittsburgh area. Working with these families, she saw that when women thrive, their families and communities thrive. Kpo'ma Women was founded on the idea that helping women achieve economic success will bring about positive changes in families and communities.
She received her Elementary Education and Reading Specialist Certification from the University of Pittsburgh. She completed her Masters in Applied Linguistics at West Virginia University.
Jocelyn Lombera

Social Media Specialist
Jocelyn is a Mexican-American first generation college grad and received her bachelor’s in sociology with high honors from UC Berkeley. Throughout college, she volunteered and interned at nonprofits. This includes being a Community Outreach Intern at Street Level Health Project in Oakland where she talked to day laborers about community resources for immigrants. She also created and led the We for She Club in college to create space for women to speak about their life experiences, connect with peers and coordinate workshops for Women History Month.
She now is looking to transition to digital marketing and is excited to volunteer at Kpo’ma Women as the Social Media Specialist. In the meantime, she enjoys going to concerts and loves being a foodie.
